About Saeed Toosi and his experiences:
Saeed Toosi was born in Tehran in 1960. He started mountain climbing on age of 15 with his brother 'Majid Toosi' by climbing North Mountains of Tehran, and then with mountain climbing groups. After a few years he had climbed the highest summits of Iran.
In 1983 he went to USA in order to continue his education and finished computer engineering successfully. During education his mountain climbing programs delayed almost 8 years because of lots of difficulties such as working and education.
In 1992 after climbing West Mountains of America, new stage started in his sporting life and just then his old dream of climbing Everest was closing to reality. In 1995 he planed serious exercises to climb Everest. He traveled to Argentina in 1996 and as the first Iranian person climbed successfully Akankagoa summit (the highest summit of western hemisphere).
In 1997 he had ascends in Alaska and in the same year for body fitness (Everest) he traversed 45 km in 4000 meters height in Alaska region in minimum time (22 hours).
In 1998 in order to know about Everest region he departed there. In addition to reach base camp, he climbed lonely to 3 summits which have 6000 meters height. Finally in 1999 he got ready to climb Everest.
After all in 2000 he successfully climbed Everest solely and named it "permanent ascend".
